Powerful tool for document management
Netwell iForum R2 is a document management application developed for the Lotus Domino environment. The application can be used from the Lotus Notes client or a web browser. It is a great tool for managing e.g. project documentation, notices, and instructions. With Netwell iForum you can easily share information with team members from your own company or even other companies. The application has a wide range of settings, allowing you to configure it to suit your needs.

- Document reading, creation, commenting and editing
- Unified user interface and functionality with a Lotus Notes workstation and Web browser
- Newsletters regarding new documents and comments can be automatically sent by email to selected users
- Document reading, editing, commenting and publication rights can be restricted to individual users
- Classification categories can be defined under settings
- User interface default view, headings, colours, logos and language (Finnish/ English) can be defined under settings
- Field headings and required fields can be defined under settings
- Documents beyond the archive date automatically go to archives from which they can, if necessary, be restored or deleted
- Emails sent to database are stored under the desired classification; new documents can also be created by emailing them to the application
- The application has an installation program making it easy to create several databases
- New versions will be published as necessary. The application is under continuous development to ensure that it is ready to support future user interfaces and requirements.
